Queen City Events was born from a passion for planning, and a desire to create memorable events and experiences for the clients we serve and their guests. We are in the business of helping people celebrate with those who mean the most to them.

We believe in working with integrity, practicing kindness, and creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals. Staying true to these core values has been key in fostering meaningful connections with our clients and other vendors in our community.

We are located in Treaty 4 Territory, Regina, Saskatchewan and we service all of southern Saskatchewan and beyond. Travel fees may apply, depending on the location of your event, but we are very transparent about these costs up front and do not believe in ‘hidden fees’.

Queen City Events is owned and operated by Jaki Minett.

Jaki has made a career working for premium venues and collaborating with the best vendors and suppliers that Regina has to offer. With a foundation of integrity, inclusivity, and a genuine passion for celebration, Jaki has built a reputation in the community for unforgettable experiences and seamless event management. Known for creative problem-solving and meticulous planning, Jaki anticipates every detail, creating memorable, sophisticated experiences that leave her clients sharing words of gratitude time and time again.

Jaki is a cat mom, and is fueled by coffee and true crime podcasts. Her spare time is spent volunteering with numerous organizations in the city, and she strongly believes in giving back to the community. She grew up in the Queen City and is proud to call it her home. Jaki is passionate about events, and cherishes the relationships she builds with each client.
