We work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
You (and your family + friends!) are able to fully enjoy the day knowing that someone else is managing the logistics.
Event Management begins one month prior to your wedding day.
What’s Included:
- 2 one-hour planning meetings
- Timeline creation
- Rehearsal coordination (evening prior)
- Lead coordinator onsite for up to 8 hours on your wedding day
- Assistant coordinator included when needed (based on scope of work - determined by Queen City Events)
