We offer guidance and suggestions for everything from your vendors, to your budget, to your decor and venue layout - all while
you remain the primary decision maker. On the big day, we work with your carefully selected vendors and manage your wedding seamlessly!
Full Planning + Design begins once your service agreement is signed and your retainer fee is paid.
What’s Included:
- Ongoing email communication + regular planning meetings
- Budget creation & management
- Vendor sourcing, communication & deadline tracking
- Wedding design guidance (colours, décor, layout)
- Floor plan & timeline creation
- Set-up oversight the day before (up to 6 hours)
- Rehearsal coordination (evening prior)
- Lead coordinator onsite for up to 8 hours on your wedding day
- Assistant coordinator included when needed (based on scope of work - determined by Queen City Events)
