Partial Planning begins once your service agreement is signed and your retainer fee is paid.
What’s Included:
- One-hour planning meeting per month
- An additional one-hour meeting in the month leading up to your wedding
- Vendor & budget guidance
- Timeline creation
- Rehearsal coordination (evening prior)
- Lead coordinator onsite for up to 8 hours on your wedding day
- Assistant coordinator included when needed (based on scope of work - determined by Queen City Events)
